Synopsis

When a mysterious creature chops the moon down to a permanent crescent, the students of class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Middle School find themselves confronted with an enormous task: assassinate the creature responsible for the disaster before Earth suffers a similar fate. However, the monster, dubbed Koro-sensei (the indestructible teacher), is able to fly at speeds of up to Mach 20, which he demonstrates freely, leaving any attempt to subdue him in his extraterrestrial dust. Furthermore, the misfits of 3-E soon find that the strange, tentacled beast is more than just indomitable—he is the best teacher they have ever had!

 

Adapted from the humorous hit manga by Yuusei Matsui, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu tells the story of these junior high pupils as they polish their assassination skills and grow in order to stand strong against the oppressive school system, their own life problems, and one day, Koro-sensei.

The comedy is great." & "Another Key anime, the comedy here is great, but the way the anime ends... you wouldn't expect that but then if you go back everything makes sense, key really know how to make some unexpected developments."
 
Synopsis
When tragedy struck Riki Naoe as a child, he was rescued from grief over his parents' deaths when four other kids "recruited" him for their group—the "Little Busters." Now in high school, Riki and the other Busters are still fast friends, and though their vision of being heroes for justice may have faded, they'd still do anything for each other. Which is why Riki is now on TWO special missions. The not so secret one: recruiting new members so the Busters can form a baseball team. Preferably FEMALE recruits, as the current dude/babe ratio is an inconvenient 4 to 1. The OTHER mission, though... That's the strange one. Because Riki and Rin, the group's singular girl, are receiving odd messages, delivered by cats, concerning the existence of a "secret world" and assigning them tasks they have to complete. Were their youthful dreams of being crusaders not so fanciful after all? Or is there something even more vital at stake? Between steeling his courage to talk to girls, dealing with his own narcolepsy and facing his feelings concerning Rin, Riki may just need the strength of a superhero to solve the ultimate mystery of the Little Busters!

This series was recommended by @Silver Knight saying " It's a very good anime, originally an LN, but sadly the author passed away in 2009, so LN was never finished I find that this anime is quite entertaining and fun to watch. It has 24 episodes :)"
 
Synopsis
Yagami Kazuma was originally part of the Kannagi family, a respected family of fire users who have an affinity to fire; however, after being easily defeated by his cousin Ayano and having no talent whatsoever in fire magic, Kazuma is banished and cast out from his family. Four years later, Kazuma finally returns to Japan, this time as an exceptionally powerful wind user. For the first arc, a series of murders of Kannagi family members have occurred with his arrival. While most of the family, including Ayano, is convinced Kazuma is the culprit, he claims he isn't. These events begin an all-out war against the Kannagi family, with Kazuma and Ayano right in the middle of it.

Synopsis

Alright, haven't seen Assassination Classroom, but I've read the manga and loved it. (I looked at the ended of the anime and at least it didn't end in fillers so we should be able to expect a second season maybe, I'm waiting on that one before watching the anime itself since the manga seems ready to end soon, unless the author decides to extend the life out of it after the "remaining time" is done)
 
Loved Kaze No Stigma back then, but it leaves something to be desired at the end, a second season would've been great. It never came though...

I tried the Little Buster anime, it wasn't bad, in fact it was great, but it paled so much in comparison to the Visual Novel that I just didn't care for it much.
 
As for the other two, I haven't seen them yet. I was planning to watch Oreshura sometimes soon though.

Wow. I think Kaze no Stigma was the second anime I ever watched. (DBZ and Pokemon don't count )

I was really sad when I found out that it was never finished. It ended on a big cliffhanger too.

Kaze no stigma no stigma was pretty bad... i can't say this is as fine of a collection as it was

a couple weeks back or so. Guess i'm just voting for Oreshura, because i don't think i have 

seen it yet, for some strange reason.

 

 

Happy new year everyone (soon depending on where you live), too bad it seems to be slow

on the anime front for that exact reason. In an awkward spot between seasons at that ... If

anything i want to watch anime even more than usual today, oh well. The staff needs breaks.

That is your opinion, not mine. I might like something to drink atleast, seeing as it is new years and all. 

But that is impossible as i woke up 17:45. Either way i would be sitting in my boat watching anime.

I was very, very positive from episode 1-2, but yeah. I'm on episode 3 and my mood is already

dropping, not liking the direction this is going in at all... Still going to stick with it, hoping it will

improve. But yes, my expectations seem to have been shattered at record speeds.. Still, that

doesn't mean it has nothing left to offer.

 

 

Edit: @BashZeStampeedo yupp, having finished it i can definitely confirm that episode 1-2

was the best that series had to offer.. Nothing interesting past that, no interesting plot,

animation, art, no fleshing out of the world giving us a better understanding of the stones 

or why anything is like it is.. i don't regret watching it, but let's just say i am not very impressed

nor pleased with the whole thing.
