best ram i can get for 2 slot's ddr5 ,gaming/productiveity wise

If you just want to enable XMP, some 6000 CL30 kit in whatever capacity you need. Anything faster is hit or miss whether it works or not. Any 6000 CL30 kit will work, they're all more or less the same.

The only other thing you might want to consider is clearance. Usually RGB sticks are taller so I would avoid those if this is a concern.

Sorry i didn't phrase my question well , I'm looking for Smaller ram as im building in a 11 liter case and might need as much room as possible for the aio hose's (in the build videos i watched for this case it was a issue sometimes) .
Now I've typed this it's occurred to me i should probably get the aio in and then see what room is left with for ram height clearance  .

OK, most of the cheaper kits are all going to be the same ~33mm, so any of them should be fine.

I'd get the G.Skill Ripjaw S5. The heat spreader on those are pretty low profile. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/x4VmP6/gskill-ripjaws-s5-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-f5-6000j3040f16gx2-rs5k

This is 33mm like @RONOTHAN## mentions.
