This is actually kinda stupid to subscribe too lootcrate just for this.

 

There aren't really that many online anime stores unlike the other geek stuff. So finding all the things they put up would be a lot easier. But not necessarily cheaper though.

Sometimes it's much better to get the merch during conventions since all the people selling stuff come together... the problem is that conventions are crowded... especially the bigger ones...

and if you're looking for more niche stuff, you'll have to order through someone...

They're around $26/Month I think (for a year's subscription). You get some cool stuff occasionally, but it's not worth it if you ask me.

I like to choose what I get in return for my money, while I do see the appeal of a mystery crate I wouldn't participate.

Soon 1 year subscriber at loot crate, i have to say its not the best but you get something fun from time to time.
Loot crate by default is very random, But i suspect Themed Crates are better, for example: I got a Dr.Who spork thing in my latest crate ...0% interest. 
I got some guardians of the galaxy stuff in my second crate? 0% interest in that.

So my advice, if your going for something like Loot crate, go for a Themed crate, not the basic.
