I think mine didn't change to when I posted last time (did I?) 

 

it may look "chaotic" but to me it's very calming, and more importantly it doesn't change. Ever.

PS: I could do without the clutter on the left side, but it's windows 10, there's just no other option to access often used apps conveniently other than "shortcuts"

Simple and clean. Almost never have anything on my desktop. Got everything I need in the start menu. 

Have a single folder right now though because I need the content now and then.

Forgot to kill explorer.exe so got that nasty white line at the bottom. Haven't found a perfect replacement for windows shell yet...

Two screens that aren't perfectly level to each other (I like it like this, but I don't have a choice) with only the Recycle Bin.
The applications that I use a lot are pinned.
Also, the applications that I install are in a folder called "AutoInstall" for two reasons:
1. I have to reinstall Windows a lot

2. I plan to make a script that installs them one at a time automatically

I put very little effort into sorting my desktop tbh. I have a folder with thousands of wallpapers that I've acumilated over the years, and windows just shuffles through them. Icons just go wherever.
