Game on with a better budget - Nvidia @ CES + 3060 announcement

Why does the 3060 have so much vram? -
I let it run for like 20 minutes and nothing happened

I would prefer not having to reinstall windows unless it is a last resort. I am moving from Zen 1 b350 to Zen 3 b550 and changing gpu and ram amount.

I would highly prefer not having to reinstall windows. Because I have everything setup and installed already and it wouldn't be good for my ssd.

So I just finished building my new pc but my windows installation won't boot on it. It gets stuck on a screen that says Preparing Automatic Repair, and then it just stays there forever. It is selected in the boot order and still works fine on my old pc. Any idea on what I can do to fix this? Thanks

Instapak Alternative for travelling with PC?

I would take my gpu out and pack it in its own thing. -
What do you rate my gaming PC build?
GravityHurts replied to Dr3bb2's topic in New Builds and Planning
That's not true, you can have two monitors at whatever refresh rates you like. I have a 60hz monitor and a 144hz monitor and it is fine. -

Is it really worth the extra money to do that stuff in 144hz though. I usually game on my 144hz monitor and use the other one for like YouTube or discord. -

I don't see the point in having more than a single 144hz monitor. You probably only need 1 for playing games and your second monitor can just be 60hz for watching videos and stuff. -

Do you do some really cpu intensive stuff, because the 9900k is more than you would need to game with even a potential 3050 -

Why do you have a 9900k with a 1650, is it just a place holder card? -
What YouTuber Has More Employees Than Linus?
GravityHurts replied to Orangeator's topic in General Discussion
https://www.youtube.com/c/GreatBigStory/videos?view=0&sort=da&flow=grid These guys seem like they could have had a good amount of employees. And they seem like they got most of their revenue from YouTube from what I can tell.
