Got my second Moderna yesterday. Over all so far not so bad, for me. Feels like I got punched in the arm, and general unlocalized muscle soreness. Very very small fever, but over all so far so good.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Hubby and I got the Moderna-vaccine last week. Hubby complained the next day that he felt like he had been hit with a truck, what with quite literally everything hurting and the arm feeling like it was going to fall off, and this lasted for several days. For me, the spot where I got the vaccine hurt a little for less than a whole day and I didn't have any other symptoms, whatsoever, so I guess I got off easy.

Cherish the time with her. My grandma was diagnosed like 5 or 6 years ago. She died at the beginning of the year. She forgot how to eat. During this whole thing she was in a facility, a pretty nice one at that. But one day she decided to stop eating and with in a week or two she was no longer with us. 

 

The good news is I have some fond memories of going over to her house and Christmas Eve and eating her Worlds Famous Peanut butter Fudge. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

It might be hard for you, but if you can spend time around her. Talking about things she remembers and stuff like that. 

Before my great grandma passed if you asked her something simple, and she couldn't remember it (such as what she had for breakfast) she'd get annoyed. She knew she should know it, but didn't and that make her one angry granny. Talking about stuff she remembered helped her a lot though. I actually found out a lot about my grandpa's childhood through it. By the end she thought I was him and was reminding me of the stupid stuff I did.

Just had 2nd shot yesterday. No issues, but I knew what to expect (flu-like symptoms) and now it's 1am(ish) and I've been awakened by said symptoms and this sucks.

My grandpa got his second dose of (I believe) Pfizer yesterday.

He's not feeling great, so I wasn't able to laugh at the Three Stooges today 😞
