It's taken until now for the gravel to be picked up off the streets. Last time they came around, about two months ago, they were just dodging the gravel instead of doing their job

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Just got back from a week long trip in italy

 

  • Italian taxi drivers are insane, and they make it look casual
  • cars there made smart cars look like mid sized cars. some cars were small enough to fit into moped/motorcycle slots
  • Italians just kinda do whatever they want and no one cares.

Also I saw a smart car and another "smart car style" brand car, both had "aftermarket exhausts" and the Smart car even had a mini spoiler. I thought it was cute. I use quotes for the exhausts because the cars were still quiet in rome. Must be some very strict noise level laws, even the one modern corvette I saw there (2010+) was very quiet. I did see one lifted jeep at the beach though, that was unexpected.

yeah i have heard that italy has tiny streets so most people ride scooters or have some of them tiny ass cars

The streets are very narrow indeed. I would estimate 35% of drivers were on mopeds/scooters. Seems like a better method to get around actually.

well shit, the theory part of my A2 lisence is going so damn easy... guess it helps that i only just took my B lisence 3 months ago xD website has undergone an overhaul but they dont seem to have done ANY testing because if you answer a question wrong, that question is PERMANENTLY WRONG because you cant go through the questions and change your answers after you have done them once... thats beyond bad web design tbh

you used to be able to either repeat all the questions OR just the ones you got wrong. now if you misclick even once you need to redo them all. some sections have over 60 questions and one is 82... its pretty hard to not mess up anything in 82 questions. id be fine with it if it wasent for how silly slow the site is and that you need to manualy reset the questions if you want to enter another answer -_- also found that a lot of the links dont work and some of the immages are almost 200kb:

something weird going on with the family car. so when i roll to a complete stop, the car goes from 2nd to 1st gear, and it kinda feels like it's blipping. the revs climb to around 2500 RPM then drop to idle as it shifts. it doesn't lurch forward, but the body shifts front to back. 

 

only seems to happen when the AC is on

Really interesting what is happening with older M cars.

 

First the BMW M3:

E36s are now the same price as E46s! Wow, definitely did not expect that to happen

you ain't wrong. that upsets me how valuable they've gotten. even a slightly high mileage (~160k miles) example can still run about 15 grand. i think i'd rather buy a UCF20 LS400, twin turbo and manual swap it and actually do a vip build out of it. I know, VIP and twin turbo and manual don't really mix, but that's how I want it. Maybe in the future I'll own an E39 but looks like it's LS400 for a while.
