Thanks will try it. at 9Million to LTTs F@H - is there anything I need to do, let me know.  I was on Microcenter, but that blog seem to have died.  I got all my hardware at Microcenter, so I'm not saying anything bad - I really like them, just not tracking them currently.

You can set it to use as many or as fee cores as you want it to use

Dedicated GPU is best, but is also Multi core. folding on a single core example:  Ryzen 2600  results in 1 WU per 48-72 hrs on avg.

not necessarily. but it can be if the need the results sooner than later. Normally a 5700XT Video card and churn out ~ 4-5 Wu's a day(work Units).  and then there is bonus's for returning work units faster. 

 

As they say thou every WU Counts and wether you fold 1 Work unit a week or 1000 it all helps towards the goal of possibly curing Diseases.

 

(Edit) Wus are taking longer for cancer than they where for covid so adjusted avg wu to match what I am getting currently.
