Powered by twin Porsche type 101/1 ten cylinder petrol engines mounted in the rear that produced 320bhp each. it could reach a top speed of 40Km/h and had torsion bar suspension.

So not the quickest thing in the world. But with the 88mm KwK L/56 gun you could still win every drag race by eliminating the competition

not sold in america. because people here are scared as shit to drive small cars.

 

For many years now big cars have been fashionable in the US, but this doesn't mean that Americans are afraid of small cars. 

 

Plus for a long time in the US small cars were synonymous with crap car. No one wanted to make a nice, quality small car because it was unfashionable, and therefore would not sell. The good news is, this is slowly changing.

well for starters, you don't see kei cars here, not like in japan at all.

theres one full-on jdm pimped out kei car in my neighbourhood. (Tønnes of TVs, speakers, crazy uppholstery and crazy anime paint (pearl, candy, metal Flake, high gloss and matte metallic)

Friend has a long term goal of fully building, and swapping the 3.5L twin turbo motor from Ford into his Mustang lol

 

We might be putting on the bigger Mishimoto Intercooler onto it this weekend. Should be fun! We need to finish organizing the shop first though.

Noticed the Golf has been dripping coolant a little bit for a while now. Just recently the puddles have been getting a little bigger. Just jacked it up and took a look - it's the rad... :(

 

Luckily Rockauto.com is the best. Ordered a new rad for $88.80 (CAD) shipped. :) Should be here sometime next week. Just hope the old rad can hold on until then...

Luckily Rockauto.com is the best. Ordered a new rad for $88.80 (CAD) shipped. :) Should be here sometime next week. Just hope the old rad can hold on until then...

What kind of golf is it?.

LOVE rockauto. Get stuff from them all the time. My Corolla drips a tiny amount of ATF from one of the axle seals. I have to top off the transmission with like half a quart once every 2 months or so. But it hasn't gotten any bigger so I don't want to fix it lol
