For $130 that's not bad. Look at what kind of performance to expect from that and decide if that can last you 2-4y for your needs before you need to upgrade again.

you can buy a used 3600(x) for ~50$ or 5600(x) for ~80$ and midranger b3/450 like the tomahawk or equivalent for ~50$ or less if you look at lower end boards or find a really good deal

 

5600x will outperform the 11400f and even if you go 3600(x) its still overclockable and you also get an upgrade path to a 5700x3d/5800x3d which may become abit cheaper used overtime so theres a worthwhile upgrade path

 

 

a proper upgrade would be going for am5 with an aliexpress 7500f (~130$) or a 7600 + b650m hdv or equivalent/better board (vrm capable of handling an oced 7950x, 14 usb a + 2 usb c, ddr5 10000+) so around the 300$ mark when you consider rams (get 6000c32/30 for hynixes so no ram swap needed)

 

if you are in the us microcenter has a 7700x bundle for 400$ with a better cpu and board

 

 

as for op i also reccomend a used 3600(x) + midranger b3/450 as it will obliterate the ancient 7700k whilst offering an upgrade path to a 5700x3d/5800x3d all while being pretty cheap used, worst case you might have to drop down to a 3100/3300x/3500(x) but those will still obliterate the 7700k

we aint got any more delivery to russia from china on aliexpress and used 5600s are pricey, also not an amd fan, sorry
