IDK about him but I don't want my daily to have a clutch. Get stuck in traffic and just want to get out and walk.

Are you talking about having your foot on the clutch? Just shift it into neutral bruv :P

Fuuuuuck that man. Stop and go in Portland and Seattle is just ridding it all day into 1st because of the stop and go. Every time in traffic would be leg day. Screw that. I'll stick with meh 4 speed auto.

Oh something I just realised that this morning I didn't run with my headlights on. I could click them on and off and not see a difference. So I ran with running lights and fogs on. Good to know that the days are finally getting longer. I do want to do a quad-beam brights mod. What that does is not click the low beams off when you click the high beams on. technically not legal, but I don't forsee it being an issue. Alls you need to do to accomplish that is ground out a wire.

Considering car's low beam headlights are brighter than my high beams from the factory now days, I'm thinking about getting some deer blinding headlights in my car.

The quad headlight mod shouldn't attract unwanted attention really.

I just couldn't do it personally. Maybe if I had two or more cars. But elsewise I can't

don't know about you, but i can never ever have an automatic car as a first car. too boring, and plus, i like older cars, not brand new ones, so there's a chance an auto transmission will go out.

I love them. So nice.

Do it. As long as you can see, its fine. I hate HIDs so I'll never run them, but I don't go out of my way to crucify people that like them. Honestly Jeep and Toyota headlights are the hardest on my eyes and I don't know why that is.

And the 2nd pair of lights being on is only when I flick the highs on, normal low beam will remain how its always been and really how often do I use my high beams? really only when people flash me for having my fog lights on. Fuck 'em. Oh another thing as well, I want to slap some selective yellow film over those. I think there's I guy in my apartment complex that has some of that stuff that I am gonna say hi to next time I see him. He's got a mad Evo that changes the wheels and paint like he changes his underwear.

My lows stay on with the highs on, but they're projected. I don't like HIDs anyway... most aftermarket ones are shit and the ballast goes out within a month and starts flickering. OEM HID headlight housings and ballasts are nearly 400 dollars per light on my car and look worse than halogen imo.

but really i can't stand halogen lights. they have sucky range and they don't look cool. besides i think sylvania HIDs are probably the best bang for buck lights you'll get.

I never said anything about HIDs themselves.. I guess if there was one thing its that you can't use them with automatic headlights in most cars. Just aftermarket ballasts suck. And you can't throw them in OEM housings. They won't project right and will blind people.

Really? That's strange.

Whats strange? My low beams are hardly bright anyway. My high beams are unreflected... they're ridiculously bright.

i wish all the other car manufacturers would follow Ford's model. They seem to have a great lineup of cars for normal people and enthusiasts alike. All the manufacturers can a learn a thing or two from Ford, especially Nissan, who has been real stale with their cars lately. http://www.speedhunters.com/2016/01/ford-builds-cool-cars-like-ford/

Its just so wierd to me. I mean, I like the idea but my truck stuffed with 70s through 90s tech has broken me to not understand this new fangled projector/HID/whatever non-halogen lights are applicable. This weekend hopefully I'll see about doing the quad beam mod. If not, then next week.

Projectors nearly the same as reflected, however they are more accurately projected.

Terrytek is the new ford. Rep. Our last one has been replaced.

No, the "article" itself.

The nice thing about the RS, is if it sells well maybe Honda will bring the real Type R to NA....

...nah probably not.

Oh GG. I wish the Type R came to the states. I'm perfectly fine with it boosted from the factory.

There will be a Type R in NA, however it will be a trimmed up Civic. Nobody knows too much, the Si might be a turbo 2.0, same as the Euro Type R just "detuned". Which if the American Type R really is a trimmed up Civic, then whats the point?

OHMYGOD PLEASE DO IT

To have something with red honda emblems stateside.

tbh I really dislike the red Honda emblem.

The 1.5l turbo in the 10th gens is getting a lot of praise. So a 2.0l turbo screamer is gonna be amazing. Kinda glad I went with my car instead of the 9th gen Civic.... now to wait until I can trade in lol.
