AMD fan boys will get knocked back by all the PhysX happening in the room.  They will be saying," What is all this **** Nvidia fans are throwing at us?" It is called PhysX dumb *****!

Am I the only one who doesn't like this. It seems a bit childish. Nvidia wanted to do something cool and now it could be ruined by some really immature individuals.

Just because I would wear AMD shirt on NVIDIA event doesent mean that I am not interrested in what are they showcasting and therefore I am trying to ruin it for them...

This is all about fair play , the rival team is coming to your presentation , how good is that ? They are fucking getting more people on the rival team event , how is that offensive , it's actually a good thing for nvidia .

CPU = A10 6800K (@4.3Ghz) / GPU = HD 8670D (@844mhz/ram@1866mhz) - 2016 ≠ Dual Cores - why learn Linux ? - OLD intel x4 cpu (Q6600) + amd HD 7950 - this is what i think on watts x dollar cost - CPU "bottlenecks" only start to show "at the super high end cards" (like the 390) if you have a 4 cores CPU

That's total chips shipped. The graph I posted was discrete GPUs, aka graphics cards that gamers use. The stuff that matters.

Obviously AMD makes more budget chips for consoles and cheap laptops.

As for the Game24 Event i hope nothing will happen, and if AMD users come i just hope only the Mature AMD people will go and not some hipster jackass jumping around shouting.

Didn't they do something similar last year showcasing the R9 290X beating the GTX780 in 4k in 'silent' mode next to the nvidia event?

 

Personally I don't mind AMD doing this but I can see why people think it's a bit childish.

I can see how Nvidia can turn this around for themselves. All they have to do is insert some of their men into the crowd wearing red and instruct them to remove their red as soon as the cards are revealed revealing their green colors underneath. Such symbolism.

Not a fan boy of either but its looking like a good fight between GTX900 and R9 300 might be brewing which is fantastic for the consumer. :)

If it gets people to attend the event, from whatever team they support, then I'm all for it. So long as people don't disrupt the actual event then I don't really mind it. It's marketing, and it is entertaining, it shows that a company actually has a sense of humour about it.
