The only flaw in the logic that I can see is that perhaps they see those the least because people dont often buy those brands, or get them repaired by "First party". But hey, most are probably gonna last 5-10 years anyways

That is possible, but it's carried at Home Depot, so I dont feel like they're uncommon. 

 

What's dumb is that my last fridge was from 2012, and it died; meanwhile the freezer in my basement is from 1992 and runs like a champ.

My parents have fridges from 1985 and 1994 that are both still running. They are both Amana's

So as you know, GPU pricing has been kinda fucked lately.  To the point where I’m recommending people go used instead of new.  Even GTX 1050s and RX 560s are usually at least $150, when MSRP is like $110 or $120 for both cards.

Well this has led to an issue for me, as I want to upgrade the GPU in my HTPC, but the OEM motherboard will only accept GPUs that don’t require external power.

That’s a 4GB 560.  I paid $100 for it.  Free shipping too.

 

Now look at the highlighted portion.  It isn’t the gimped 560 that has the same amount of compute units as the 460 (14).  This is the full fledged RX 560 with all 16 compute units, or 1024 stream processors.

 

For $100.  I haven’t seen prices like this since before miners started fucking things over.

 

I think this will be a good card for my HTPC.

Purchased an L-desk two weeks ago and just set it up last week. It's an IKEA Galant, it has some heavy sun damage, but my large mousepad covers that, so no problem. Got it for quite cheap because of that damage.

Furthermore got a desk chair, IKEA Markus. New, but it had a nice sale on it and I also got some IKEA drawer which I also got some money off. 

 

Yes, I am an IKEA fan. Also, yes a new 'show off your setup' picture is overdue.

Managed to snag a back order of the white PC-O11 Dynamic from newegg! It's literally the only case I would upgrade my evolve atx tg for!  I was tempted to build a new computer for the case but that makes no sense as mine does everything I need it to.  Going to need some more bit's and pieces plus some rgb fan's loop cleaner and new fluid, but this is going to rock.  Second and third are my current setup.

 

edit: I may just put my previous machine in it since the cables are custom to the phanteks case........ didn't think that one through.
