Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Sony ICD-SX2000 audio recorder, about the size of a nokia phone, captures great audio and has a lot of settings. One nice thing is being able to plug in your headphones and hear settings changes on the fly while recording. Going to use it for capturing field audio with a DSLR.

Casio Memory A-1 calculator I bought at a garage sale. I like the glowy numbers. It's a bit finicky at times, I think it has to do with how the battery (AA) sits inside the compartment.

So a YouTuber I really like was selling a signed 2200G on his discord.  Signing the box, cooler, and heatspreader.

Got it for $65

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.

I have no use for one yet, but I will find a reason, I mean it was $25 instead of like $50, so why the hell not.

Well, I did buy some nuts

They're delicious after roasting and maybe salting if that's your thing. Kudos if any of you can name the exact variety of nuts.

Redskin peanuts, mumsie buys and salts them by the bagful.

I prefer them and everything else unsalted too, I could munch through a bag of raw red nuts in no time, but darn too much saturated fat in them.

Linus is my fetish.

The cassette deck in my office was pretty much toast so I bought a new one:

If anyone's interested it's a Luxman K-250. Not a high-end deck by any means, but it's still a major upgrade from what I had before.

I admit that I am not a refrigerator enthusiast either. I understand the physics behind how they work, but dont follow innovation or changes at all.

I was trying desperately to save my previous one by getting new thermostats for it (the only thing that came up slightly out of spec) when the new thermostats measured the same resistance as my current ones. So I talked to the guys at the appliance repair place and they diagnosed it instantly as a freon leak, which means a new compressor and that costs about as much as a fridge. So I quietly sobbed for a minute then asked which refrigerators they see the least, since they repair but dont sell. They said Whirlpool and Maytag.

So I took their advice and bought a Whirlpool.
