When doing watercooling, I hate doing the leak tests. It takes forever.

In a more normal build, I hate doing cable managment.

The best part is the feeling of accomplishment of it firing up successfully for the first time.

 

That's what always got me, When I built mine, Time and time of waiting and it was finally done, The amount of weight lifted off my shoulders as it started for the first time no problems was an incredible feeling.

CPU Cooler,... some are really annoying.

 

I actually thought about wires, but that is fun to me for whatever reason. I like making the box look good. But that damn CPU coolers that need screwing all over the place, weight 10 pounds and never seem to fit. Don't get me started on forgetting the lube and having to redo all that after it was done ;-)

Agreed. I love my Zalman to death, but mounting it almost always results in cuts on my thumb unless I cover it with my anti-static cloth.

Least favorite thing for me is when it's finally assembled/complete and there's nothing left to build. I thoroughly enjoy the whole building process.

Either the CPU cooler or cable management. I only really had experience with a big-ass Zalman cooler, didn't cut myself though, but it was annoying. And I often skip cable management, I hate it when the cables suddenly get stuck into the fans or something.
