A random 2 pin connector named "FAN"

Okay so i tried to turn off my leds using the controler on the front panel after finding the cable to it i found the mentioned 2 pin connector  it doesnt want to go in the front header inputs on the mobo and im pretty sure its for controling the fans i dont know where to plug it it please i would like to know where to connect it or at least know how to turn off the leds on my fans

that just means its power and ground
to turn off the LEDs you will need to either short or disconnect them depending on how they are wired up. 
Do know you may need to replace the LED with resistors to get the voltage to drop back to normal range for the fan.

Did these fans and controller come with your case? If so it might be helpful to list what type of case this is? 

 

If not it might be helpful to list what type of fans these are? Or perhaps some pictures.
