Hey all, just one quick update this week.

MSI

We had a community member have some issues with quality control and the RMA process with MSI. Initially, the mainboard did not boot, and several essential ports did not work even after returning it. Even after two more returns, more problems arose than solutions. OP followed the proper procedures when trying to communicate with MSI and still doesn’t have a working board. Our team has reached out to OP. While we primarily work with MSI US, we’re going to see if we can still assist in finding someone who can actually help OP.

 

Normally I’d say enjoy tonight’s WAN Show, but we did it early today. So we hope you all have a great weekend, and we’ll be back next week.
