Unless personal identification is needed then the Internet and porn will continue along as it always has, if a passport, drivers license or anything alike is required then I can see this being a quite annoying process for accessing such media if you are of legal age. 

But regardless, exposure to younger audiences should just be accepted, restricting children to just what "the govment" wants is not a good way to go about this.
