Windows, the search bar straight up will not work

The keyboard works 100% fine as you can tell, it does everything it needs too, but windows wont let me type in its search.

#1 most used OS family in the world, by the way.

can you paste anything into the diag? if no, ctrl + alt + del > task man > details > sort by name > click "searchUI.exe" end task and end process.
