This isn't the first time they have done this. They had a keyboard with a tiny 20mm fan before :P was awful. I have one in my garage.

They made a keyboard with a small fan like this to blow air at your fingers on WASD.

Not a bad idea in theory, I had an xbox controller that had inbuilt fans and it moved a decent amount of air until you actually held the thing.

We had keyboards with fans to cool our hands before, this is the mouse version of this. Anyway, stupid products.

The best idea: Just put a fan near your mouse/keyboard.

I wounder what it sounds like?  My experience with small fans like that are that they are annoyingly loud.  

I would rather have a small desk fan pointed at my mouse pad.  But I have never had a problem with my hands becoming to hot or sweaty to use a mouse.
