Depends of components, yet most will taste worse than toothpaste.

I don't know, I never tried to eat it (yet???)

Judging by its contents, it would probably have a metalic flavor.

First of all, that shit can be toxic if ingested, however I accidentally tasted Arctic MX4 and it tastes like crayons. It doesnt have a strong or appealing taste.

Typical thermal paste consists of epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and acrylates. It probably tastes like paint.

Not buying it, this is not a serious question... If you want to eat it, DON'T. check the warning label if you're curious but simply DON'T. It's not food, you're not a heatsink. This is common sense. And since it's common sense that this is not an edible food product, it's logical to assume few, if any, would have any idea what it tastes like.
