PC advice on upgrade

Go to solution Solved by jaslion,

Sure that'll do nicely.

However id not get a 4k screen just a nice 27 inch 1440p as the horespower needed to run 4k is just stupid high and you just have to keep lowering settings or upgrading a lot to keep up. Its also not that big of an upgrade.

Plenty awesome 1440p screens out there.

Budget (including currency): $1700-1800

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: He will be streaming on it, do schoolworks, fivem GTA, and AAA games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): He has everything else but would like to upgade to a 4k monitor. My friend is asking for some help with an upgrade he says that he has been having trouble with stuttering too and also wanted to upgrade his GPU. I helped him with it and showed him this just wanna double check if it's good or any improvement can be made? Thank you.

Like keep in mind a native 4k gaming card is the 4090 thats it. Even that one will struggle with some games to have high settings 4k 144hz
