It is a hard ceiling (I suppose I should have said that we'd stay at 16 gigs) other than that I'll look into it for everything other than the case cause it's already decided and can't change

forgot to make parametric filter 16gb instead of 32gb. Should be under budget then

Then get the cheapest 16gb 3200 CL16 kit you can find with your case and the rest in the list above

Rather back up to another, cheaper case imo - https://tetrabyte.gr/product/deepcool-e-shield-midi-tower-με-πλαϊνό-παράθυρο-μαύρο/

XPG ´Valor looks more appealing aesthetically though.

Thats a LOT of budget that is fpr sure gonna eat into a lot of performance.

Its also just not a good case. Had bad airflow as its designed on the q300. It actually has a terrible metal to hole ratio of almost 50% metal in the way when most mesh cases are like 25% or less. Has a big impact on cooling performance.

The nv2 is also a pretty bad ssd so id not get that.

If possible try to talk the person out of that case as its a lot of money for a previously 45€ case that kinda sucked.

Even for 12400F the cooler might not be enough.

I'd go for at least 4 heat pipe cooler, something like - https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/KBkWGX/id-cooling-se-214-xt-648-cfm-cpu-cooler-se-214-xt

Still, the price difference between your chosen 2 heat pipe cooler and a half decent 4 heat pipe cooler might even reflect in performance.  I think 2 heat pipe cooler might cause even 12400F to thermal throttle.

How about the Adata STARKERAIR-PKCUS Midi Tower as a case? It seems fine and fits what the person who wants the PC wants from the case aka the color

Yes. I looked into what they play and want from it asked what else they'll do with it and made this for them. I'm asking to see if it's ok in terms of performance mostly and if anything can change to make it better

Cool.  The builds are more than fine and even if an SSD isn';t as good as another, they won't notice any difference in any way.   The case is subjective and as long as it has a fan intake and a fan exhaust, it'll handle the mid-budget build fine.

Not everything has to be min/max, if they enjoy their machine.... that's awesome.

I do however want to do them justice. Looking into what I can improve/change for the better is smt I do think will help. For example the cooler, smb said it could cause problems so I changed it.
