What are some good websites that ship internationally Or at least to Aus that have decent pre-built PC's that aren't a complete rip off

Honestly not really any in australia from all the times I had to search.

 

I recommend 2 options:

 

Diy build. Ask for a list here, buy and do it yourself not hard and not a lot of work unless you start rgbing everything out of the ass

 

Diy build through a shop. Ask for a list here, buy and go to a comp shop to assemble it for you. Not that costly unless you rgb out off the ass.

For 30 AUD Pezos more... get the Be Quiet PSU, worth it prolly... I didn't check these lists properly but, they come with great fans so PSU noise shouldn't be a burden no matter how heftily you push the setup...

Nice but if the build is "do  everything" oriented I'd get the infamous 7900X3D which games better than the 7900 and works better than the 7800X3D
