Drones are for nonces, pocket bikes are a cheap way of having fun with some mates. I honestly don't see the point of a drone unless you're a nonce.This obviously excludes video producers ect.

I voted for pocket bikes for these reasons:

If your talking about children, they are less likely to break their necks playing with a drone.

If your talking about adults, well.......seeing an adult on a pocket bike is just like seeing an adult in a clown car.

Sorry, but when someone making a racket while I am sleeping after a 12 hour shift.  Someone has a high chance of being hurt for waking me up if the individual keeps making that much noisy.  Thankfully, the person got the hint after our upper military supervision briefed that loud noise in the dorm area would wind up with the offender getting paperwork and doing dorm clean up for awhile.

Also to the guys who say no use for a drone outside of film making, Do yourselves a favor and go look at Drone racing, one of the fastest growing sports and something I massively enjoy. 

 

Also most cheap drones own'd by kids break after the first crash and thats that. 

 

To the guys saying drones can be used for spying on people.. your kidding right ? have you heard how loud those things are, you are not spying on anyone without there knowledge. and I've yet to see a drone with a good enough zoom to make that viable, hell if a person has got that much dedication to spying on someone they would be doing it with or without a drone.

Or drone fishing, though, I watch those videos for the laughs when individuals either forget to fully charge the drone and it falls into the water or the release for the fishing line does not work correctly and drone falls into the water.

Spying on John dickwad grilling on his back patio, maybe not. The noise might be noticeable against the ambient noise.

Drones without legit professional use are dumb... I laugh pretty hard when someone from the neighborhood here crashed one recently, was the only one I knew around to have it and often made that awful hornet sound on weekends it is kinda bothering.
