  1. Even as someone that works with and around US military. I sure would not want to be that person who leaked info over onto civilian channels. Usually on info concerning battle platforms such as tanks, vehicles, aircraft, etc. militaries tend to be very protective of that info. Even if that info is something as basic as the top air speed of an aircraft or effective ranges of battle platforms.
  2. Ah, yes, big earth dragon.

How hard is this bugger going to be.

Funny enough, that why I like watching the mecha shows. I just want big robots beating the crap out of each other. Though, was it Gundam Wing and/or Zoids: New Century you watched? Those two tend to be termed the weakest in character plot.
  4. Ah, yes, re-release of some Ligers.  Come to mama.

Wallet proceeds to shake in fear.

For any other fans of Zoids, both Liger Zero X and Liger Zero X Empire are getting re-releases.

So far, for at least US base, both BigBadToyStore and GundamUSA are offering pre-order slots for these.

While I can appreciate the robots and the designs, I never really got into the mecha shows as many of them focused solely on the mecha fight and forgot that characters should have plots and development too

honestly not sure. I never really watched much of them so i don't remember which I saw

  5. Yeah, that event had some damn nice parts to do screenshots of. A few shots I took: Have some other shots, but I have to spoiler mark like mad since those are boss fights from the main story line.
  6. Messing around in Genshin.

    Gets a cat.

Hmmmmmmm, how many can I get and how many can I have in my little pot area.

  7. Heads up for anyone interested in resin printers down the road.

Seems Chitu got a bad idea from what Cricut try to do with their products.

  8. Shadow Fox HMM coming along.

Notes:  Some glue is advise on the top teeth and potentially the gun in the tail area.

  9. Getting back into doing models again. Wanted a Liger Zero for a long time. Now, to also later get the three CAS versions of the bugger too.
  10. The high temps at stock settings is currently with that cooler. I will probably just leave the 5800X where it locks in at 4.3GHz since that keeps the chip around in the 70C range. I may later tweak a bit more to see if I can get 4.5GHz without high temps. Thinking I may just set two or so profiles depending on workload, since I don't need high clocks all the time.
  11. So, since I have Wild Liger HMM assembly.

Next up: Shadow Fox Marking Plus Ver. HMM

Manage to nab this bugger during the pre-orders considering the level of demand around this one's re-release.

  12. Wild Liger HMM done.  First time doing a Zoid model.  Went fairly well.  Nice model to say the least.

I will note: be mindful of the hip connecting to the main body, it kinda likes to unhook a tad; otherwise, so far, not much issue with all the other parts that snap together.

Plan to later panel line the bugger.

  13. I been messing a tad with Ryzen Master. So far found a fairly decent starting point that restrains the 5800X done to around a 75-80W pull through it and still allows it to boost to around 4.2-4.3GHz across all its cores. Considering it smacks my 1950X in single thread at just that setting, I think I will tweak around that. Actually, came close to darn spitting distance to my 1950X in multi-threading, but note: that is a benchmark software. I have to later throw the abuse of a 4K UHD re-encode with H.265 at it to see how it hangs with my 1950X. If wanting to know the cooling bei
  14. Oh, I wish right now it stay down in the mid 70Cs. Right now from my one hammer run, it was hitting 90C and throttling itself to 4.2GHz. Which don't seem right, so tuning is in order before I do my next round of stress runs. Going to see if I can aim to around 4.5-4.6GHz without it trying to cook itself. Still not upset with the chip, plenty snappy for the daily and keeping the Titan X Pascal plenty feed. When you say, AMD OCing, you referring to Ryzen Master software, yes? Though, note, I'm in Florida and weather here is already lovely hitting past 90F/32C. I
  15. Probably depends on what the whole game is. Personally myself, I tend to play slower games or top downs by habit. Hmmm, maybe if in VR, that would be a bit interesting game mechanic there. As I do find Beat Saber fun, and it takes in account how you hit the incoming note blocks to calculate out the points (angle, speed, travel distance before and after the hit).
  16. Something is definitely not right. I have same CPU but a 2070 Max-Q and get a 11. This with a G5 5500. Probably one area to look into, check Nvidia settings and add in vr.exe and set OpenGL and other settings to point at the dedicated GPU not the iGPU. That could be the possible issue going on. Along with have the Alienware software up as well and check your power/performance settings there as well.
  17. I have actually found a perm fix finally to this very, very odd issue. So, the full out deal with this. Had to use HDMI first to get past beeps. No beeps with HDMI cable. Install OS, still get beeps if I use DP, but after at least one reboot. OS will show up. Found out that older GPUs can have an old DP firmware that for some reason on newer CPU/mobo combos don't play nice. Found an DP firmware update for my GPU. Beeps are now gone. ... Motherboard is now complaing about the CPU fan. ....I think this motherboard hates me. Both
  18. Hmmmmmm, maybe Dead Space then. The cutter in that game can take off limbs. That probably the closest I can think of to that concept in an actual game. Though, best I can recall the cutter is restricted to just doing limbs.
  19. Only thing came to mind is some of the very old Ultimas. Not fancy, but I sure remember Underworld and that damn rat and cheese on the ground, and only having my fist to smack that bloody thing (there is a sword you can find if you look around first). Or, run in nab that cheese, boogy the hell out, and smack the door close and hope the rat didn't get past the door. Don't remember targeting specific parts on an enemy though. Do remember having to hunt for each piece of armor though. But yeah, Fallout lets you do more targeted spots at enemies. Though, the newer ones let that be
  20. Almost done with this Wild Liger.

  22. There are methods to get around even that. DNS/proxies filtering out requests. Note: This requires using sideloaded software since Google is not fond of such or VPNing behind a network with such filters in place. Or, if one is serious, you strip out the stock Android, load a custom ROM, and don't use the GApps.
  23. To have the Google Apps requires this: AdID There are methods to weaken down the Ad targeting. You have to dig into the settings but there is a setting to opt-out of personalized ads. Along with resetting that AdID ever so often to randomize it up.
  24. Since I got this taken apart at the moment.

May as well just shove as much of my drives into the bay area.

Think this case been nickname from server rack, roller rack, behemoth, etc. I lost count all the names folks I have given it. But yeah, it is quite big. Still sourcing out a few more parts for front ports, more drive bays, etc. Need a few more power cables and a SATA expansion cards.
