Anybody here know if there are any revolvers like this that are made for modern cartridges?

Uberti makes replica black powder revolvers like those old Colts. They're reasonably priced as well. Although true to the original, they are still black powder. They do make a New Army Conversion Revolver however which is chambered in .45 Colt, which may be similar to what you're looking for. A single action revolver is definitely in my future as well.

Problem is that the only pistol club in my area doesn't have black powder shooting :/

Yeah, that's one of the reasons why I haven't gotten a black powder revolver either. Don't really know where I would shoot it. The single action revolvers chambered in .45 Long Colt might be the best bet.

I'm really into black powder weapons so i'm pretty bummed out. But oh well.

Found a few of those i'd be ok with

This "Rough rider" .22

And this Beretta stampede deluxe 357 magnum

80523.jpg

And finally this Heritage "Rough rider" in 45LC

I'd have to weather the living hell out of either one though. Don't like when they look shiny and new

Ok been forgetting to take pictures for a while, finally remembered so here's my glock 22c, think it's either Gen 2 or 3 leaning more towards 2. Mods- extended mag release, extended slide release, mage well, rubber hogue grip, non ported barrel (22c has compensated barrel which the competitors I compete in do not allow in standard class so I had to change it), full Metal slide spring instead of stock metal spring with plastic rod, and my dad also got it custom laser etched with my name and the shooting organisation. Photo dump below

Ya I'd take a pic of our collection but my "collection" is in a very messy room that is very unorganized xD so it would be a pretty crappy pic

Yeah, my Office is super cramped right now and I've been super busy. I actually have a couple nice firearms projects that I want to do videos on, but I have to finish my computer projects first (or at least one of them).

Lol, I'm pretty much done my firearm projects for now, got my glock the way I want it for now, my sks is pretty much finished I just have to find a decent scope mount and a decent low power scope to replace the red dot on it now, but I'm too busy working on pc's, building a street bike, and a classic car with my step dad so that's pretty much taking all my time and monew atm so I'm not too worried about my guns for now xD one day if I win the lottery I can get everything finished lol

Nice. Yeah, right now I have extremely small amounts of spending money and thats going towards my computer builds, the shed im rebuilding at my parents' place, and repairing/refinishing my canoe for duck hunting. I have a Zastava M-88 that I'm going to do a heavy polishing job and swap in a 2 stage hammer, and then I have a really old Marlin .22LR that I got from a friend's dad for a penny because the hammer broke and he was going to throw it away, so I'm going to refinish the stock and then the goal is to convert it over to .17 HM2 since I already have the same gun (much newer model, but still .22LR).

So I bought this Springfield Armory 1943 M1 Garand that was make in June a couple of weeks ago and I decided to actually post pictures of it since I just got around to do that. This one was the 1767101 made in production. Really want to find one that was made by International Harvester since that would be a nice add to my collection.

It's important to understand that there are only about three places actually forging the lowers then companies like Spikes, Aero, Rock River, Colt etc, all put their new on and anodize them. So unless your going milled, there really isn't a mess of a lot of difference between them, except of course name recognition.

This will be my first complete ground up AR, it's really pretty straight forward. With any level of mechanical skill, and a bit of planning anyone could do it.

Yeah I seen Aero manufactures their own Lowers but I also have a shop around me that makes them too and I was thinking on doing a custom lower. Not sure yet. Still in the planning stage but need to figure out a lower first. but of course I was also thinking about doing a 7mm-08 AR build instead of a .308 but I will still need that .308 lower to do it.
