Europe has such a varied set of laws on guns from country to country so I can never keep them all strait.

Something I really need to buy soon is a suppressor for my AR. Its too loud for even me so I'm going to be planning on buying one here soon and do a new AR platform build for me so I might do a build log of it soon. Thinking about starting out with a Aero Precision stripped lower. then the barrel I was looking to do with a 22" if I can find one. Might do either 5.56 or .308

The rules change on July 13th for trust applications for Form 1's and 4's. So if you're going to do it, best make it quick.

Dont need a trust, too much of a hassle to setup and plus after the 13th, there will be no more CLEO which is a good thing which is what I was told by people but I never read anything about the change and what they are all doing.

15 min to set up a trust is too much hassle but prints and portraits are not? Can't say I agree lol. You will not need Cleo sign-off but you are required to inform your cleo.

thanks, i have the 3rd gen 22c with the non compensated barrel on it due to rules at my competitions which wouild classify it as an open class even though its factory like that, aftermarket slide spring (same strength as stock but has a metal rod instead of plastic) extended mag release and slide release, mag well, and a hogue grip i believe, cant remember what company it is, pretty much the same grip as this

ill try and get a decent picture this weekend of my setup, i was into doing ipsc matches a few years back but slowly got out of it due to no time (only went to a match or two every year) but im hopefully getting back into it this year as its alot of fun.

and my dad has the 4th gen g22 with pretty much same setup as mine but has a lighter trigger and lighter slide spring, but he really wants the 34

I just hopped in this thread and I know this is a reply to an old post, but I just hopped in this thread for the first time right now and it was the first post that showed up. Personally, I loved my M9A1. (I still cry at night over the fact that I had to sell it. I will get another, mark my words!!). My opinion is, if you are looking at a 92FS, make sure you go with the M9A1 variant so that you have the rail for attaching a light/laser if you ever want to. If you already made a purchase, then I guess disregard.

nice gun. ya theres a decent group around here, really want to get back into it, i was actually one of the youngest registered members in canada along with a friend and other kid from down south when they lowered the age limit a couple years back, and its sad to say i shot better at the age of 12 then i do now  i really got to get out and practice more lol

Anywhooooooo.... I'm a gun nut so I'm happy to discuss anything that goes "BOOM!" (unless its your car, then I ain't touchin it....) and I have some plans to make YT videos of some firearm projects that I have lined up waiting for the money, if you guys are interested in seeing those.

Well guns are almost impossible to get here in Australia, so I built a cannon out of some steel piping and a can of aerostart, Also I got bored and built a wristmounted butane flamethrower and a napalm flamethrower.

Total cost probably $50

Well In my short research, some people were doing the SilencerCo trust fund to me, I would rather have a lawyer set one up for me since it will be in my state of origin and if I would for some ungodly reason have to go to court, then I will have a lawyer that made the trust fund for me present so he can back it unlike the SilencerCo or others that you will be on your own and it a paperwork for a general and not your local state laws. So if I had someone make one for me to do it properly then it will cost me more like $500-800 to make one. So its not worth that much money to me and I have nothing to hide, I am a law biding citizen and I have time. I already have a federal CCW so I wont have to worry about the prints and portraits, just sign papers and give my $200 tax stamp and I will be all set and 6 months of waiting. Not that big of a deal to me at least. I am still new to learning the suppressor world yet so I don't know everything only a days research at work.

What do you mean nearly impossible to get? I've got a .308 Tikka T3X currently on order and I'm looking at getting a Baretta 92FS or S&W M&P .40 at the end of the year. Also considering a Mossberg SPX 464 for a bit of fun.

Yeah but effort, that and I would rather not be in ownership of licensed firearms considering the small % of people who own them puts you on a police radar very quickly. Considering the amount of tinkering with explosives I do I would rather not have another thing to stick me on the radar. That's how it works where I am anyway.

My grandfather has some guns and other stuff left over from the WWII reserves, good to have fun with those every now and then.
