Cool. I think I might end up getting that for my build after I get the case and some kind of GPU, since it supports LGA 775.

I would get some of those, and mod them out with a flash drive, and have the bay function with a USB port, so plugging one of those in with the game on them, would allow you to run the game as if it were a CD itself. Would be pretty funny to see the response of people when doing that.

This is by far one of my favorite build logs i have ever seen. I have not enjoyed seeing a build this much since people started building consoles into laptop-consoles.

That's REALLY clever... You could have maybe some sort of "docking station" per se in front of your TV 3D printed to the shape of one of those and mod a USB male to female cord into the docking station and just have a normal PC hidden away.

I do love those ideas ,maybe something to think about in the future ! for now I have to keep working on the build, so when the first bit of nice weather happens I can paint! darn winter..

I do have something cool to go with my build when it is done ,but you will have to wait to see them ;)

Sweet

I think I know why. It is because all the components are in straight lines, it all uniform and stuff on a PCB looks cool.

I dunno. I think I like it since it's so small and so... Clean, if that makes sense.

What the fuck? Are you going to put a i7 4790K and OC it to sky limits?

i5 is going to happen eventually

the main reason was with the cpu Oc'ed and with the gpu boost going up to 1300mhz the little pico would shut down.

Whenever that PSU arrives, care to do a little review of it? If it meets your expectations, i would also purchase one for a project i was starting. Can't really find any reviews on it at the moment. Can't wait to see how this build turns out.

Just say screw it and get a 1600w psu throw a 5960x and 4 way titans in that bad boy. Might need a bit more epoxy and a hammer to make it all fit  :P

@ungreedy you totally suck I really really want to build one of these but my wallet says NOOOOOOO. Keep on updating I love this build log so much.
