Question for Backup Drive

I have a folder with 430GB of Files however I just want to keep a backup on a drive incase it ever corrupts or anything. 
Does anyone have any recommendations on what drive I should get that has enough storage while also being below $60CAD or near that price point?
I've heard cheap drives usually corrupt but I was interested in seeing if anyone had recommendations that are still low price while being safe.

I've always had luck with WD Blue hard drives, and you can get them DIRT cheap in low capacities right now. 

If it's for a desktop, you can hook it up that way, otherwise you'd need a toaster or similar.
