strange osd on my monitor

I have an AOC CQ27G2 27" qhd monitor. and in the top left hand corner there is a strange osd that i cannot get rid of.

how do i get rid of it?

PC: i5 12400f, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, GTX 1650

Bit more information would be great.  What exactly is being displayed in the top left?
