Before the Apple flame war starts, I honestly think Gigabyte's G1 GTX 970, EVGA's Z97 motherboards and Intel's SSDs are.

Actually the titan GPUs are very well priced. They work really well for physics simulations and particle physics, as well as tessellation and double precision. They are far cheaper than a quadro and tesla, and even outperform those cards in certain situations.

What is the most overpriced tech you have or you know of?

 

I would say Titan Z and Beats (I have neither) :D

 

 

For the target market, the Titan Z is not overpriced.

 

Edit: For the average consumer, it might be.

Titan's aren't built to workstation quality standards such as the Quadro and Tesla are, and as such aren't designed for or warrant the amount of stress that they will see.

Titan's are a breed of card that don't realy belong in either field, gaming (enthusiast), or Workstation (enterprise). They kind of float in their own realm, being somewhat irrelevant.
