Eh, I have a rose gold iPad Mini 4 because... it was available for $150 less than the other colors, new from store. Guess nobody wanted that either.

I don't even need an iPad and I'd probably have grabbed that for the lolz

Mine was working until a couple week or months ago.

Sad thing.

But sounds amazing I have a tape of a west German orchestra and it sounded great.

Bang for the buck cassette deck tips: Akai GX-32, Aiwa AD-F800. Both relatively affordable, both really stupidly good.
Tape's a great medium. When you're using a good machine and tapes, it still outperforms the CD by a mile. Most people don't though, so it got a properly bad rep.

I will fix my unit as a play motor is going to be fun to replace.

I agree, also I have gotten free tapes from the side of the road.

I have gotten some free metal tapes doing that.

My stero also has a CD player but I love my tape deck.

I actually don't use CD's anymore. I used to, had a very decent CD Player but I just kept turning the volume down on CD's in a way that I didn't with records. I decided to stop using CD players, when a friend of mine told me to first listen to his CD player. It was a 4500 usd Ayre CX7e. He brought it, it sounded incredible. Better than any CD player i'd heard. ALMOST as good as my 900 dollars of modified Thorens record player I had back then. I decided to put more money in vinyl instead. These days I do a lot of digital audio, but it's in a quality way higher than CD. Nothing wrong with digital sound, but CD just isn't good enough.
I have a couple of thousand cassettes by now, and about 30 cassette decks. I'm happy I started keeping that stuff before prices went beserk.
Metal tapes can be great, but generally are somewhat overrated whereas high quality ferro/type I tapes are underrated. You need a very fancy metal tape for it to sound better than a TDK AR-X or Maxell XL-IS. There's some really nice ferric tapes out there.

Well, I was going to post my 32GB microSD card that should have been here today, but I can't buy it. I lost my debit card and of course PayPal wants me to update the card's info the day after I lose it.

I have a replacement coming this week though, and the $3 off sale on the microSD card ends Monday.

In case you're curious, here's what I'm planning to get:

https://www.newegg.com/adata-32gb-microsdhc/p/N82E16820215184?Description=32gb microsd card&cm_re=32gb_microsd card-_-20-215-184-_-Product&quicklink=true

I ran out of space on the 16GB microSD card in my New 3DS XL that is totally not filled with pirated games. No siree, I bought my copies of Pokemon Black/White/Black 2/White 2 legitimately, what do you mean you can't get them as downloaded games?

Though, come to think of it, I did get something new recently.

Well if you declared loss and asked for a new one the old one would have been cancelled/blocked, so it's kinda normal Paypal wants new info...

It's only going to be for files that i want access to 24/7 (since i wont be turning this off), which is why the drive is only 1 TB. i will expand with probably an external multibay enclosure when i need to.

I want to move my Plex server over to one, we generally just use it for live TV and I use a NAS to store the recordings, but these NUC's are just expensive for what they are.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I got mine on sale, so it ended up being cheaper than any other mini pc, that would only come with a celeron, and i got an i3 11th gen.

Finally got a Mecha Mini. Ducky keyboards are surprising hard to get hold of in the UK, at least in UK ISO layout, normally out of stock. It feels so nice to type on, much nicer than my Corsair K70 even though they are both brown Cherries. Though to be fair to the K70 it is 6 years old and has been well-used.

Ive just never understood how people use these keyboards. No numpad, no arrow keys, no function keys, no media keys, not having all of those would drive me up the wall. But obviously for some they love them as they certainly gained popularity. To each their own, it does look nice though

I would rather pick a $10 china no-name keyboard over these "gaming" keyboards. atleast they are not missing important and essential keys.

I do still have my full sized keyboard. I'm working from home at the moment, and I work in accounts, so I need the numpad for that. But my desk isn't very big, so I wanted something that would give me more room  to swing my mouse around while gaming. If you were running a small keyboard as your only board, with no full sized backup, I'd definitely recommend a 65% instead to get the arrow keys back.

I went with a keyboard with removable numpad because it's indeed convenient to put the mouse closer to the keyboard and to have more room when gaming. Couldn't do without the arrows and delete/pgup/pgdn/home/end though.

And I actually have a hard time without the numpad outside of gaming, I just use numpad enter with my mouse thumb WAY too often and when it's not there just end up pressing the right arrow and wondering why it doesn't work...

Mad Catz R.A.T. 8+ review: Back from the dead | PCWorld

I actually bought a new mouse relatively recently (in the last year) to replace a Mad Catz RAT7 MMO that i had for years until it finally failed (pads worn out, wire broken, part of the thumb rest was glued)

What i got was the MSI Clutch GM70, on paper everything i wanted.(wired and wireless, thumb and pinky rest, good sensor etc) In reality the button switches were trash (constantly double clicking), after returning it for another i tried my hand at swapping the switches from my old RAT7 to the Clutch, alas they were damaged in the transfer and didn't feel very good at all.

Just a few days ago i gave up putting up with the horrible feel of the clicks and put the Clutch in a cupboard likely to never be used again.

(do NOT buy a MSi Clutch Mouse, the button switches suck)

In its place for the time being i have a EVGA Torq X5L that came with my EVGA Z1 keyboard,

Alas much like the Keyboards software, the mouse is sh*t, No really the Z1 keyboard software is absolutely terrible, slow poorly made, barely works at all.

For the Torq X5L mouse specifically the scroll wheel is defective , or rather has a known (to users) 'issue' in that it doesnt function properly, scrolling up and down randomly when used.(unusable)..and it feels cheap, i know some like a light weight mouse but this just feels cheap.

So , as the image above, i've bought the modern equivalent to the old RAT 7, the RAT 8+ which should arrive in a week or so.

Lesson of all this. Once u find a peripheral u like, stick with it as long as possible, buy a spare if u have to because chances are ur going to waste money with other peripherals which are poorly built or have poor software support.

Im struggling with this as well. I had a logitech mouse and keyboard  before but wanted wireless so I went to a corsair k95 keyboard and dark hero pro mouse and have been using them for almost 2 years but think I am gonna go back to logitech gear. I thought I would get used to the corsair stuff but it just never has felt as good as the logitech gear. My problem is swallowing the $500+ its gonna cost me to go to the equivalent Logitech gear here in Canada
