Just a reminder it is ECM and ECM P2 WUs that count, there will be four other projects too

log into your account here, https://www.rechenkraft.net/yoyo/home.php or create an account with the project here on the boinc manager then log in.. Make sure to set your team to LTT.

Next you want to Edit preferences here.

You want to make sure you have these two ticked.

Finally, run the project.

To bunker, simply set your client to turn off networking after it has downloaded WUs. I suggest using the Advanced view, it makes it easier.

Go to the network settings tab and set it like this to enable to download WUs

Finally, when you have a good number of WUs in the list downloaded make sure to disable all networking in the activity menu.

I am going to have to see how things go. I will be out of town from the 4th through the 8th. So during that time I need to set it and forget it. 

 

Right now I am setting an AMD 5900X and 5700G, an Intel 5960 and an older Intel I7-3770

Not much of a Gamer….. But I have thing about F@H that may be a little over the top.   See my builds here

I am having trouble making an yoyo account through BOINC manager, other projects seem to work fine. Anyone having the same issue?

 I got that on one more my computers, but then retried a few minutes later and all was fine. 

Not much of a Gamer….. But I have thing about F@H that may be a little over the top.   See my builds here

FYI on anyone planning on using multiple Boinc instances for bunkering, it apprently doesn't work with yoyo@home. I'm guessing vm's will work, but happened to come across the multi instance trick not working, and that's how I bunker.

It's looking like we may get some prizes from LMG for the boinc event, please stay tuned, in the meantime, I'm going to put together a sheet, it will be all manual so please only sign up if you are going to participate.

yes, just make sure you use the same email and username for every project and I think that will be fine

We don't have a marathon shout out yet, but the current project is yoyo@home, but only ECM and ECM P2 WUs, I did post a guide earlier in the thread

Nope, GPU projects will come later, but I have a feeling we will have more GPUs around than CPUs

Figured out what the issue is. My version of BOINC manager wasn't supporting yoyo and integrated BOINC manager update checker wasn't working.

Manually updating the manager fixed it.

atm am working on my evga 2080 gpu. some acting up on it.

then also i got to figure out how to fix the m.2  i installed.

seeing the basic heat sink falling off. (its in the worst spot in between the cards)

dusting rig off to. re doing cabling.
