Yeah, it can officially be used forever, it will just have a watermark in the bottom right asking fir you to activate.

is the Windows 11 from Official Microsoft, can be used forever without paying? But I am going to buy a key next time because I will buy ram, SSD, Case and will not have enough funds for a key. And will use all of this for a revival of an old PC.

Officially for now. Who knows what MS will change. Of course it won't be recommended for use once they discontinue support.
