What Did You Get for Christmas? 2020 Edition

Meh, it was bound to happen sooner or later, but what did you end up getting for Christmas this year?

I got $100, two $75 gift cards to some clothing stores and a new pair of slippers myself from my parents, plus some Steam cash from my brothers.

My wife asked me what do i want,and since i have mostly everything i need,and the things i want are just for sake of wanting and i dont need them,i told her i want 2 cans of Pringles and 2 Coca Cola Zero.

She also told me i can buy my self PC which you dont hear often from her cause she is not into gaming and shit,and this stupid pandemic has all my local shops sold out on hardware.

I built my own Christmas gift at the beginning of December with this Leonidas PC posted in my sig. Runs like smooth butter. Couldn't be happier. Sidenote, hopefully my brother surprises me with two big booty thots and liquor.

An hour (so far, more to come) of pain installing my brother's new Ryzen setup, wrist pain from that, and now I have to reinstall Windows because even though the drive is detected, it won't boot from it. Fun!

 

 

But I also got some Fiio FH1Ss, two more 4GB sticks of RAM for myself so I can finally run in triple channel, and some other things including a "keyboard" I will probably post somewhere here later.

For myself, spent some money on loot boxes in World of Tanks and a Noctua hoodie. I hardly ever know what to get for others in my family as they don't tell me and when I ask, they don't know. Got a Christmas ornament, Spider Man Bronze statue, and the LEGO International Space Station from my mom. I pretty much already knew this as this has been in the process since last February.

I was going to gift myself a new setup and I almost did. Except that I failed to get a 6800xt, my monitor is arriving a few days after Christmas and while this is my fault the keyboard going to take a few months to come. Also my parents gave me $80
