  4. Like Eigenvektor said it doesn't eliminate delays between computers. If the computers have in sync clocks it would be able to verify when things occurred though. This would make it more difficult to spoof packets, but something like an aimbot (especially the new AI ones) would have to be dealt with in more traditional ways.

  6. By using an Atomic Clock the clocks between different computers can be synced to within a dozen nanoseconds, and with that performance can sky rocket.
