You could probably passively cool the system with the sheer amount of rads in it.

Luckily, Noctua's retail pricing doesn't follow the exchange rate going from euro/pound to USD.  The 3k rpm industrial Noctua fans are only US$25.95 straight from Noctua through Amazon.

Just finished mounting rads and pumps. Haven't added 240mm yet as I'm not sure if it's needed and also if it is I will probably buy another one to match each loop.

Half the loop is already filled in. Just need to plug in temporary GPU and PSU cables and done!

Works well. 10980XE at 5.0Ghz all cores AVX 0 offset. 

Between 79 and 86c range in temps in Cinebench R15.

 

Only 1.295V (maybe less will be stable too).

I wonder how many times you have to run cinebench to equilibrate 3L of coolant lol. R15 is a non-AVX workload anyway so I guess the AVX 0 offset is meaningless. R20 is AVX though iirc, and also RealBench.

I wonder how many times you have to run cinebench to equilibrate 3L of coolant lol. R15 is a non-AVX workload anyway so I guess the AVX 0 offset is meaningless. R20 is AVX though iirc, and also RealBench.

Ran Cinebench R15 after tuning Mesh (it was at auto) now that it's at 34 @ 1.25V mesh voltage, Cinebench R15 gets 4809 and Cinebench R20 gets 11365, I'll tune the RAM more to get better scores, and I'll try to get 5.1Ghz out of it all hopefully.

Hope you get a little bit more out to make all of this worth it. At least you've beaten your previous score by 150 points.
