I was out shopping today and saw this little lamb and couldn't resist.

That reminds me of the time I was working a Renaissance Festival in Palm Springs and I tied a small stuffed sheep to a string and the string to a stick and went fishing for a Scotsman. Once I almost had one on the "hook". I "cast" the sheep in front of a Scotsman in full rig and he boomed out, "Sheepie!"  I kept pulling the sheep just out of his reach, working him toward me with himself booming out things like, "Now you be teasin' me!". We had everyone in earshot in stitches for about ten minutes.

I still have the sheep; I threw the Scotsman back.

I was driving by Ace Hardware on my way home from lunch today and wondered if they might have anymore clamps on sale so, on a whim, I pulled in to check them out.  I found seven of these 12" wonders for $9.99 instead of $22.99.

These, besides being 12", are better than the 6" I got before because the fixed jaw has a swivel pad and that jaw can be reversed and moved to the other end of the bar to make the clamp into a spreader.

Methinks I'll be dropping in on Ace Hardware fairly frequently for a while, whether I need to or not. Again, a girl can't have too many clamps, especially at these prices.

Never really used a mechanical keyboard before so this is a whole new experience for me and I have to say it is not an experience I am liking so far.

Bear in mind, you've only used one switch type for one company. Based off my old Razer greens and my current K95 with browns, I wouldn't like mech either. But I love MX blues and buckle springs.

replacing my phones battery. Went from heavily using it and charging overnight and small boost in the car on the way home, to charging every 2-3 hours. Don't want to pay for a new phone yet.

Yes, I have the rear ones raised but it is still not lifted high enough for me. I like the back lifted and the front as is...

I'm the same way when it comes to keyboards. The rear legs on my Logitech G510s weren't long enough to suit me plus they don't raise the back of the keyboard high enough to direct annoying glare from shiny areas on the keyboard away from my line of vision. I cut two small styrene foam packing blocks to size, covered them with clear packing tape to prevent them from shedding and/or falling apart, then poked holes in the top of the blocks for the rear legs to fit into. I also had to put some thick stick-on rubber pads alongside the front "feet" to raise the front of the keyboard slightly so the bulge on the front edge of the keyboard wouldn't contact the desk and cause wobble. It works perfectly.
