Tyres are cheaper in the standard size (also allows me to stick in a lower class bracket) and track wheels get pretty wrecked after a couple of events so not worth it to have a really nice set of "track wheels" but each to their own :)

Openly admit the engine, chassis, and trans/engine designs were from mitsubishi! Chrysler admitted it for one or two vehicles, but hid the secret of mitsubishi parts across their entire product line pretty damn well.

 

Oh gotcha. I sure wasn't fooled! First car was a champagne  '90 Talon AWD (2nd was a red '92 AWD talon w/ the lsd) :)

Lol nice! I should make a vid of the vicious torque steer in my '90 FWD turbo Eclipse, but I don't want to snap an axle :lol: .

Damn, nice ride! EVOs didn't come to USA until VIII, so all we had were DSMs and Galant Vr4s ( I guess that is kind of an EVO 0) to get our 4g63t fix. I am rocking an MHI EVOIII 16g in the eclipse, direct bolt-on! Great turbo!

I just found out that apparently mk4 Volkswagen Golf r32s go for outrageous prices in America.

I'm not sure about the r32 but I think the mk4 Golf GTI was nothing special compared to the others.

You are aware the R32 has a 3.2 litre VR6 engine with 240hp and a AWD system?

There is that yes.

But I saw them go for over 50 000 dollars. Maybe some crazy bump in price and crazy sellers. But still 50 large.

And afaik the mk4 chassis isn't the best. (might be wrong)

very nice! one of my favorite generation evo's. A friend of mine has one fairly similar to that. Im going to see if i have a pic.

 

Edit: here it is. My car is the gold bmw right next to it. Not sure all of what he has done to it, but i do know he is running e85.

I don't name my cars, but all Legacy Outbacks at my school (which is ~10) are widely known as Lesbaru's.  IDK who thought of the name, but everyone calls them that

yeah, the mazda is a 323 wagon. That specific body style 323 wagon is actually fairly hard to find. The thing is SOOO slow though lol.

Sorry, I'll be posting actual and real pictures from my proper capturing because the ones above are not my proper captures.

By the way, the car hit about 500k kms through mileage or more. Quite a solid one actually.

Ok guys, my desk chair died today. This is going to force me to undertake a racing seat office chair project I have wanted to do for a while.

You might get numb legs with the corbeau. That lip at the front is good for hard braking but won't do you any favours when it's a desk chair.

The sparco is one i've actually sat in (My friend has those in his ascona). They are alright but not the most comfy things in the world

The KA24 is a good reliable engine for stock applications. Perfectly reasonable for a truck
