Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

(I really don't know if it's true but people say Germans can be very blunt that it comes off as rude to some other people)

stereotyping from the american *sigh* how predictable :D

no but seriously i wouldnt know

1. im born in russia

2. grew up in germany sure but in a russian family with according values

3. again i live here so i wouldnt know if other people around the world are more subtile than germans

what i do know is that most people (no matter where theyre from) dont have any manners anymore.

p.s.: i get the whole hazzing part where its a guy thing to ridule each other, i have enough of that at work. but on the internet its ver hard to determine how something is meant by the author.

Well , except this not being a pregnant woman , rather a car .

Which , being a Fiat is really hit and miss . I know of 6 that were in my local area , now there is none . Just before the last one got sold , i asked the owner for his opinions . Only thing he said is that he invested half the cars MSRP into fixing and servicing it , because new issues kept coming .

Agreed , "boat anchor" might be a bit blunt , but , i wouldnt worry too much about it .

Alright heres my experience

Interiors are cheap plastic and age badly and rattle

Engines are the usual italian hit and miss situation. Some have been fine, some have had turbo issues, internals melting etc.

Brake servos are a known failure point and do result in total brake failure.

Gearboxes are chocolate.

Pretty poor on fuel for a small car.

They look alright and sound decent but thats about it

In what regards

A quick google also shows the suffer the same problems as regular 500s

Door handles break and fall off, rear shocks are lucky to last 30k miles, electrical faults are common and anything meant to have oil go through it will always start leaking
