I OC'd the HD 630 to 1450mhz and used my 3600 C14 profile on Minecraft last night. Still managed to drive 160fps at 1440p with low settings and 32 chunk render distance, lol.

Get's my seal of approval for "Minecraft in VR" if that ever becomes a thing.

Minecraft is a thing on Oculus Rift. Therefore, one could expect to use UHD 630 Graphics to run Minecraft on it at a sufficient framerate :D.

The only thing which this is "Ready" certified is "Ryzen Ready" if it really has 6 cores and 12 threads :P. Even then, I have a feeling Ryzen could beat CoffeeLake.

Honestly nvme ready would make more sense, since not every cpu supports it (older ones in particular).

How is Ryzen going to beat a next gen architecture when its already a generation back in single core?

I dont get why amd fanboys complain about Intel igpu while ryzen doesn't even have that lol . If something goes wrong with graphics card, their pc is useless for basic task even until pair another card :P anyway jokes apart, the intel's box wont fill the need. looks cool though, are they thinking of new cooler too? that could be welcoming & mostly importantly price. I feel the price might be same nuts as always!

Yeah. I told everyone about that weeks ago, but people thought I was crazy. I mean, I overclock ram for fun, so that part is true, but still, hurt a little, lol.

How about dadgumit?

Also there are technical reasons for the chipset incompatibilities which is why they are refreshing the kabylake.

More like financial incompatibilities rather than chipset incompatibilities.

I highly doubt that the chipset would be able to handle a completely different processor design....

5ghz 3600 C14 is my everyday profile. Working on 3466 at C13. That's gonna be super fun if I can get it to be as stable as my current setup.
