Sorta want the 980Ti to be closer to the 980 than it is to the TitanX, or else no one will buy TitanXs as the extra $400 is like 6fps difference.

those are oc 980 @ 1,667 MHz at 0c ambient temp

Those are my results so I know how it was tested. That was stock cooler testing at 0 ambient. No dice or extreme cooling

well im mostly curius on how this will change grfics card shopping

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I really don't understand who will be buying a Titan X after this. 980Ti seems like such a great deal in comparison! Also, I love the look of the cooler. So original... ;)

GTX980ti is $799. The Titan X is $999. That is only $200

I really don't understand who will be buying a Titan X after this. 980Ti seems like such a great deal in comparison! Also, I love the look of the cooler. So original... ;)

Depends on the price. If the rumors are true the 980 Ti retails at $800. I can imagine some people are willing to pay 200 buck more for the 6 GB more vram and the black cooler. When you can afford a(or 2) $800 GPU, $200 more isn't a big of a deal.
