Not so much a product but would/could lead to product reviews, Video idea, Optimizing a home/small office gigabit network and getting the best transfer speeds. Have the high end version and the affordable version.

razer blade stealth would be a really cool review also the 2016 razer blade and of course the razer core (which when its released would be a good idea for the workshop to see if you could get it working on other machines other than razer machines such as the xps 13/15)

So I've seen these before, but after seeing it having the Linus seal of approval I immediately went to their site and just window shopped until I bought the device.

This has been in more USB sockets than most of my devices since I have solar projects that this can help with showing the 5v and with the amp monitoring it's great to see just how much the device consumes.

Best 7 CAD rupees I've ever spent (19.75$ with shipping and such).

He already stated in a video (Can't find it) but he did like a 3-second review of them, I think it was a headphone roundup one.

I've been watching the LTT videos on youtube for some time now.

I made a forum account to ask for more videos on NASses, specificaly for the synology ds916+.

 

I just sold my DS415+ which i bought in januari because the 916+ has hardware decoding.

On the DS415+ i replaced the 2gb with a 8gb memory module, it would have been a nice LTT video but luckily i found a german video ... And then a spanish video that showed that the german way to open the case was wrong and risky.

I installed VirtualBox to run VM's on the DS415+, finding videos on that was a hassle.

Docker seems very interesting but i haven't had the time to play with that. 

 

There is so much fun to be had with NASses and i see very little video coverage on that.

My 916+ (8gb) will be here in a few days and i can start with migrating my 4x4tb wd red SHR volume then.

 

I would really love to see more NAS coverage (preferably while i wait for the 1070 in depth review(s))

Dell 42inch 4K multi-CLIENT! Monitor

 

Dell created a large 4K monitor which allows you to connect 4 clients and devide the screen up in to client specific sections, how cool is that?

Use your imagination what kind of fun things you can do with this.

For instance, one of the clients can be a Pi3 which controls and monitors devices around the house and you can have it output to theright upper side of your monitor.

I kinda wanna see a comparison between APU+GPU vs Dual GPU. AMD keeps marketing the APU pseudo-CrossFire as a way to eke out performance from a cost-saver build, but I dunno how viable that actually is.

 

Also, not a product, but a Workshop idea: How important is X-Channel memory anyway? Run benchmarks on an X99 quad-channel system with 16GB of memory - once with a single stick of 16GB, once with two 8GBs in Dual Channel, and once with 4x4GB in Quad Channel.
