pc not detecting bluetooth speaker

i have a usb bluetooth adapter drivers are installed and pc is discoverable but when in the setting i click add bluetooth or other device  then bluetooth it searches for devices but never finds the speaker

when connecting both my phones it worked fine all is turn it on it shows up on the bluetooth list and i select it and it connects

there is no pair button on the speaker
