There is a bios update, Im on version 2.02 but there are updates, somtimes Im just on my pc, open up somthing and it will restart. For expo whenever I put it up to the 6000mhz cl30 it will restart will im on the computer, but when I turn it off its fine, It will still do the random restart every now and then but its not constant, should I update the bios or do somthing else?

update the bios first. you will probably have to manually set the ram speed. had the same issue with my system when i used the 3200mhz profile, but with manual adjustment i was able to get it running stable

A BIOS update is probably a good idea, I'd move up to 2.08 or 2.10 as they should hopefully be pretty stable.

BTW random restarts while not using the PC could be windows updates.

Can't disable that behavior in windows 11 (without 3rd party tools).
