I use it on my iPad. Out-of-the-box it will only work on the same network segment as your rigs. There supposedly is a way to get it to work with OpenVPN and/or SSH forwarding but I never bothered.

After about 4 or 5 connected clients it starts to struggle tho.

You have to have remote access enabled on all the monitored hosts. If you have it enabled just for one system already you'll need to open it up for your whole LAN or both the IP of your existing monitoring system and your iDevice.

Weird, I just re-setup everything and now it works.  I swear I didn't do anything different, hmm.

I may look into an SSH tunnel, it would be nice to see the machines while not on my network.

R5 3600, 5700 XT, AX370 K7...  and that's plenty for me.  If you ignore the masses of other parts I occasionally put together and laugh about.

Starting to think it's an antivirus issue. Everytime the client loads the file the AV locks it to scan it and the client isn't programmed to wait or retry so it just fails for good.

luckily it's glycol so not conductive. i've had the loop on it completely disassembled for cleaning recently because when i got it the thing would shut off on overheat within minutes

guess i didn't do the asetek blocks back up tight enough (worried about stripping plastic threads) because there was coolant weeping out of the thing onto my desk even though it hadn't been powered on in 10 hours

won't know if it's fixed until i re-check tomorrow, all i could do was go back in and tighten the screws down a bit more. it's been modded to have a 240mm radiator rather than the weak 120mm it comes with usually. at the very least i have more antifreeze left over if i gotta go from scratch.

whew

Well at least it sounds like you didn't lose anything.  Those blocks use a gasket or a silicone/rubber o-rung type seal?

As for the radiator I assume you need a much bigger unit (up to 2x size?) if you're not running water in the loop since most not-water loop liquids are significantly worse at heat exchange.

The point is the guy is saying that the reason we got users to get there is because of PCMR etc... like that makes any sense
