Xbox Gamepass Win64 Shipping

Hello, my friend currently downloaded Hell Let Loose on Xbox gamepass but keeps getting Win64 Shipping Exe error. I'm not too sure if this has to do with EAC. We have tried redownloading the game and EAC but still haven't found a fix. When we go into the files and boot the game through the exe file it will launch but then crash at the main menu with the same error. Kinda stuff and frustrated at this point.
