Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Playing around with OC for the first time and i am seriously scared, although its all pretty much fool-proof when you simply play around with the sliders.

Using the Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC (the one WITH the additional USB-C port) and MSI Afterburner.

Power Limit (maxed out): 111% - Core Clock: +50 - Memory Clock: +500

Manual fan curve: base 50% until 50° / 100% at 70°. I know its agressive but i like my card cool, even under no load and i use headphones all the time, so i don't hear the fans anyway.

 

Stock run: 6563 - OC run: 6731.

Now my question - ist is worth pushing more? I will get a 144Hz 1440p Monitor end of the month and i want to get my card to a 100% safe OC experience.

You should have alot more headroom expecially if you don't care about fan noise, I have a EVGA XC Gaming 2070 OC flashed with ASUS strix bios and I push +170 core and +1000 on the memory. Voltage Slider maxed out and power slider as well I got a high score of 6428 on 1080p extreme preset.

 

I bet you could safely do +145 on the core and +700-800 on the memory at max fan speed. Im on custom water and never see over 45c which makes a bit of a difference but not to much.

Jesus Christ almighty. I pushed Core to +100 and mem to +800. Guess i shouldn't be so afraid of testing, hue. Thanks man! Will keep trying after i wake up tomorrow ?

I would run some more tests like furmark burn to check for true stability and temps, run valley benchmark full spec for your resolution and let it loop. More memory clock would raise your score a bit, but I doubt you will go to much further maybe +1000 or so if your under water I won't hesitate to advise to OC it to its max because of the benefit of cooler memory.

Not a good score by any measure clearly, but it's not a Radeon RX 5700 XT either - It's a blower AsRock RX 5700 flashed with the RX 5700 XT bios and a very gentle overclock. I run it undervolted normally because this model is so noisy.


You can see it's not an XT from GPU-Z even though it reports as; less TMUs (144 instead of 160) and fewer shaders (2304 instead of 2560). Posted it because I think it might be the only reference model RX 5700 anybody has added here, and the BIOS flash thing is kinda neat. In my defence, i only picked it up because it was half price :D

@Jumper118 I would like to request my scores to be added into Average FPS leaderboard (Valley).
GPU-z is showing max. available boost overall, while I listed the highest clock which lasted at least 1 minute.
