Looking for Opinions (New Build)

Hi all,

Looking to finally do a full refresh of my PC after years of here and there upgrades. I've posted my current build and what I have planned so far below. I will be using the PSU and GPU from my current build.

I plan on mounting this PC under my Secret Lab desk with the desk mount. It looks like the H6 flow will fit. As far as all the fans, I saw someone with those fans in the H6 and it looks amazing (but excessive). See attached photo.

I was unsure if should do 32 or 64gb of RAM or get a separate SSD for windows, which I don't think really matters anymore.

Please let me know of any potential issues or anything I overlooked that needs to be added.

Budget (including currency): ~2k (Not counting GPU and PSU)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, streaming, etc.

Not really, you could cut some costs on some parts if you care,

for 7800x3D a 30$ TR PA120 SE cooler could work,

for fans you don't need to buy in singles, you can buy packs, unless you already have the fans and just listed them in the build,

you don't need expensive MB either, unless you're looking for some specific features,

you can use the H6 flow NZXT case, it's pretty good, (I listed corsair because it's decent and cheaper)

Samsung is also good SSD, again listead cheaper which still has DRAM cache,

not sure about my AIO choice but it should be capable and quiet enough, or at least decently,

you wanna get 2 sticks of RAM instead of 4 for performance, also 2x32 is cheaper than 4x16, you can also get 6000Mhz 30CL ram instead what I have in the list (or try to tune the 5600MHz 28CL ram)

for personal use cheaper windows keys are an option, but grey area legal so I left the windows on the list:

From https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x670e-e-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_qvl_memory/. Highlight is mine.

"Ensure that all memory modules are from the same validated memory kit. Do not mix DIMMs from different memory kits—even if they are the same brand and model (e.g., two DIMMs each from two different memory kits). Mixing and matching DIMMs can result in a failure to boot and compatibility issues. In particular, the stability of a system with mixed DIMMs cannot be guaranteed when XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII is enabled. For example, enabling XMP (Intel)/D.O.C.P (AMD)/EXPO (AMD)/AEMP/AEMPII to speeds above DDR5 4800MHz or above DDR4 3200MHz could result in an unstable system."

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Good point. What would you recommend? I don't see your highlight.

Can confirm it's enough, mine keeps the 7800 at 75-80 under full core load without breaking the 60% PWM bar.

Though it you're running a fishtank case and thus probably have aesthetic concerns, that's another matter altogether.

You're right. Sorry half asleep. I thought he was referring to a kit on the webpage. I am open to memory suggestions since DDR5 is quite new to me.
